Upon approval of this application, the applicant(s) will have forty-eight (48) hours to submit a "Holding Deposit" in the amount of $500.00. Payment is to be made in the form of a money order or certified/personal check. This deposit is required to hold the apartment chosen by the applicant(s) and will be applied to the first months rent. At lease signing, the remaining rent balance, including any pet and/or storage fees, is to be paid in full. This amount, in addition to the $500 "Holding Deposit" previously paid, will also be applied to the first months rent. No Security Deposit is required.

]As part of the application approval process, an investigative background check will be conducted. This investigation is for resident screening purposes only, and is strictly confidential. These reports may contain information about the applicant(s) character, general reputation, personal characteristics and mode of living. In connection with the application for housing, the applicant(s) authorize Landlord/agent to obtain a consumer report.
